We relaxed for an hour by the bright orchard slowly losing its blossoms and hidden in the bosom of Moon Hill. We were loving the sound of bees's wings and bird calls and the hum of the awakening earth in spring. This hour was our Easter.

I'm not to be frightened by the changes ahead. Spring reminds me that I too can cast off old skin and move ahead with my life. Even if it means leaving this magical place and boarding a 14-hour ride to a future again unsure.

It rained all weekend, and the world continues to become green here. A side to Korea I've never experienced--color. It is becoming radiant and full, the earth pregnant with possibility.
